The Wadsworth Center test catalog is for informational purposes only. Physicians and laboratories must utilize the CLIMS interface found on the Health Commerce System_[1] to submit specimens.

Specimens and test requests are only accepted from registered physicians and laboratories. Private individuals cannot request testing for themselves.
