- Submit discordant CRE/CRPA after initial testing, pan-resistant CRE/CRPA, and MDR Acinetobacter baumanii

- NYS CRE/CRPA isolate submission should include CRE, CRPA, pan-resistant CRE/CRPA, and MDR Acinetobacter baumanii
