Antimicrobial Resistance (AR) Lab Network Regional Lab testing takes place in both the Bacteriology Laboratory[1] and the Mycology Laboratory[2] (Candida)
Northeast Regional Isolate Submission (CT, ME, MA, NH, NJ, RI, VT and NYC)
- Submit discordant carbapenem-resistane Enterobacterales (CRE)/ carbapenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa (CRPA) after initial testing, pan-resistant CRE/CRPA, and multidrug-resistant (MDR) Acinetobacter baumanii

- Carbapenemase gene-positive (CP) - carbapenem-resistant organism (CRO) Isolate Ordering & Shipping Instructions[4]
New York State Isolate Submission
- NYS CRE/CRPA isolate submission should include CRE, CRPA, pan-resistant CRE/CRPA, and MDR Acinetobacter baumanii
